INTERVENTIONAL CARDIOLOGY SUITES, JEAN AND DAVID BLECHMAN NUCLEAR CARDIOLOGY SUITE.The newly constructed 14th-floor component of the renovated Jean and David Blechman Cardiac and Vascular Center is devoted to state-of-the-art cardiac-testing facilities.

BIOCHEMISTRY LAB. This newly renovated, 3,600-square-foot laboratory space on the third floor of the Geraldine H. Coles Medical Science Laboratories Building opened in November 2008.

STUDENT ANNEX. The Student Annex on the ground floor of the Geraldine H. Coles Medical Science Laboratories Building has been extensively renovated.

INPATIENT CARDIOLOGY UNIT. NYU Langone’s new Inpatient Cardiology Unit, relocated from the 15th floor of Tisch Hospital to the 11th floor of the Schwartz Health Care Center, opened in June 2009.

ELLY HAMMERMAN INPATIENT PEDIATRICS UNIT. The newly renovated unit on the eighth floor of NYU Langone Medical Center’s Hospital for Joint Diseases contains 13 beds (4 with cardiac monitoring) in three private and five semiprivate rooms.
